Special Abilities: Myriad Soul.
Roy is able to create things and attacks from utilizing the power of his own soul brought into physical form, which takes up the appearance of usually a sky blue color, with a bit of a flame pattern to it. It's very versatile in that the things that he can create with this power are limited only by his imagination and his current strength and skill, and said things can be nonliving or even living creations. On top of this, he can channel this power into his own body to pull off devastating physical attacks.
One thing that can make it either a weakness or a blessing, however, is that this power runs on the will of the user. If they're feeling weak or depressed, the power their soul produces will be a bit weaker than normal, lowering the attack power of their spells one level lower than normal. Alternatively, if they're angry or have a determination about them, their attacks will be stronger than average raising their spell power by one level.
A guaranteed weakness it does have, however, is the concept itself. Using up the user's soul as an energy source can be very devastating for them. Some stronger spells that require more of the user's soul could cause some painful damage to the user in return. In addition to this, Myriad Soul has no element to it, and as such is neither strong nor weak against any opposing elements.

General appearance: Always wears his signature black hoodie, with red stripes and patterns on it. He wears black jeans with a chain attached around the left side, and a pair of black dress shoes for footwear. He also usually wears a pair of metal gloves with gear-like designs on the knuckles, and a yellow glow in the middle. These appear to be very special to him, and he wears them all the time.

Likes: Finding a worthy opponent, becoming stronger, feeling alive, jazz, meat, good friends (though he doesn't admit it openly often).
Dislikes: Feeling inadequate, dirty tricks, having a good fight interrupted, vegetables, loud or annoying music.
Fears: Being alone, perfection, coming to a halt in his progress.
Anything else?: Roy is a very experienced martial artist and acrobat, and can hold his own even without magic to a point. He also likes to combine his Myriad Soul powers with his natural combat skills, as well, and is the base for a plenty of techniques he has made or plans to make.
Backstory: Roy grew up a normal child in a normal house in Ecliptic, with plain and normal black hair and eyes, filled with... well, normalcy. He did his chores, went to school, played around, the normal things a child would do. He was as innocent as could be.
However, one day he was greeted by a mysterious old man while at play. They talked for a bit after the other children had left, and after it was around evening, it was about time to head home. They said their goodbyes to each other, and at the end of it all the old man touched him on the forehead with his index finger, which caused a strange feeling within Roy. He shrugged it off and went home, the old man suddenly disappearing from view when he wasn't looking.
Over the next few weeks, Roy saw very... strange things, in both his dreams and while awake. Wisps of energy, visions of other people standing in the corner of his eye, and such else.
One day, however, he awoke and felt something... odd. He went to the mirror, and lo and behold, his appearance had changed. His eyes and hair were now a fiery red, which scared and startled him to a halt for a few moments.
He showed it to his parents, and they didn't take it well. They liked that he stood out more, but were a bit afraid at the sudden change, thinking that perhaps he was some sort of freak.
Over the next while, everyone else backed away from him. He lost his friends, his reputation at school, and was constantly laughed at and bullied for his changes.
He began to shut himself away from the world, and his parents were even beginning to be ridiculed for their son. Roy's father began lecturing him day after day when he got home from school, telling him to be ashamed, and to try using dye.
Multiple times afterwards, Roy did so, but to no effect. The dye wore off within a day later, and the ridicule for the entire family was becoming too much to handle. Roy was eventually disowned after it became too much for his parents to handle, and forced to the streets. He was at the age of 12.
For days he simply wandered, not sure where he'd take his life from now. He was greeted by the old man again after more wandering. Roy, suspicious of him, immediately questioned him and persisted in his questions. The old man merely said that Roy was special, and that he had awoken potential inside the boy, before disappearing once more, this time right in front of Roy's eyes. This was the last time to date that the man has been seen.
For the longest time after that, Roy had no idea what the man meant. He found out one day when he was attacked.
The attacker was no one special, just a thug that was trying to rob Roy for anything he had. It was dangerous, however, because the boy had no fighting knowledge. He was beaten to near death, before he brought forth a powerful creation.
Before he knew what had happened, a beast made of a blue light had appeared, and attacked the thug, easily defeating him. This was the beginning of this boy's desire to become stronger.
Soon afterwards, he figured out that this was his own power that he drew upon against the attacker, and went into personal training to utilize it. He was learning how to stay alive his own way, and so far, it's been working.
Now a professional martial artist using tricks he picked up from many masters and scum of the night, and learning better how to control his own power that he has deemed as Myriad Soul through much research, he's ready to prove his worth.
