General appearence: Brown hair, Green eye, His Right eye is human and his left eye was pulled out of his face. He replaced it with a camera which analyzes alot of things. He wheres a big white lab coat and a black trench coat over it. He has scars all over his face.One slanted on his lip and the other on the missing eye.
City: We currently have two towns, Luma and Ecliptic. However, If you do not want to be part of a city, Then go ahead and be a rogue. He Travels to both towns as a doctor. He does not have a particular place to stay at the moment.
Likes: He loves science and technology, dissecting anythnig he can get his hands on; that includs you. Looking nice and not so harmful. Children. He loves kids. He loves them alot. He had a son, long story.
Dislikes: Be decieved, being lied to, being made a fool of.
Fears: Losing anyone he becomes clost too. Going completely blind.
Anything else?: He is an expert at science, he knows a little bit about everything. If he does not know anything about something he will make it his mission to find out. he is not all that bad of a person. He is fairly nice.
Backstory: He grew up on a farm in the outskirts of one of the citys he does not know which one. Or at least he tries not to think about it. He belonged to an organization as property and that did not end well. He lost his mind and still is quite unstable. Years later he met Lureen, his lovely wife. She was a plain looking woman nothing special about her. She did though could cook a great meal. He had two lovely children both sons. The Eldest of the sons was Arken Fedoseev and the youngest was Van Fedoseev. He lost his youngest son in a fire. The fire was caused by a fire wielder. His oldest son is still alive and quite healthy. His eldest child is 15 now. His wife died of a terminal illness. He works as a doctor for little pay. He still has his fixation on dissecting anyone and everyone.
